Epic Receptionists Hiring for Virtual Receptionist, Lead Agent Job at Remote Full Time

Epic Receptionists is seeking an experienced phone agent to work 30-40 hours a week. This is for a two-month contract position (1099), with the intention to convert to a W2 after the two-month period.

We are a boutique live call answering service that aims to help small business owners and their staff regain time in their day by reducing distractions while making sure they never miss another important phone call or client opportunity.

This is a supervisor-type position, where you will help lead a team of agents with their day-to-day responsibilities as well as manage communications with clients and some other operational resposabilities.

Responsibilities include:

• Regular virtual receptionists activities, such as scheduling appointments, taking messages, transferring calls, etc.
• Manage communications with clients who have questions about a recent call or looking for a change to their account
• Help other agents with questions they have or figure out situations they may be in with a caller
• Respond to client communications using a ticketing system, such as ZenDesk or Freshdesk
• Help deal with and resolve any unexpected situations that may come about

What you must have to be considered for the position:

• Comfortable giving direction to and helping team members
• A working computer (laptop or desktop) running Windows 10 or macOS Mojave (or above)

• A friendly and confident demeanor
• A fantastic phone voice

• Proficient typing skills
• Comfortable working with technology and modern software

• Ability to clearly capture and summarize the main points of a conversation

Things that will get you extra brownie points:

• You have worked in a remote position before

• Experience working in a call center or front-desk position
• Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and think on your feet
• Expereince managing a team of work members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 – $15.00 per hour
