Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to determine their travel preferences, interests, and budget for international trips
• Research and recommend international destinations, accommodations, activities, and cultural experiences
• Create and finalize detailed travel itineraries tailored to clients’ needs, including flights, hotels, tours, and excursions
• Coordinate bookings and confirm all arrangements, ensuring seamless travel experiences
• Stay updated on global travel trends, cultural insights, and destination requirements
• Provide support to clients before, during, and after their travels, offering assistance with any travel changes or issues
• Maintain strong relationships with international vendors, hotels, and tour operators to provide clients with exclusive offers
• Collaborate with the team to continually enhance knowledge of popular destinations, travel regulations, and client preferences

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in tourism, hospitality, or a related field is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of international destinations and travel requirements
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to work remotely and manage a flexible schedule
