We are looking for a Marketing & Communication Senior Director who will be responsible for managing all Marketing and Communications both Internal and External across Mexico, Colombia, and other major markets within LATAM North.

In this very important region, the team works in very close partnership and collaboration with the Customer Unit team (Sales) and you will act as the strategic advisor for Marketing, Corporate Communications in the CU Leadership team.

What you will do

• Lead Marketing, External and Internal Communications for CU Latam North.
• Partner with central functions to activate relevant local activities across Marketing, Digital, PR and Internal Comms.
• Own the sustainability and Corporate Responsibility for the LATAM North Customer Unit
• Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and rest of Leadership Team for the CU in all Marketing & Communications topics.
• Drive sales enablement agenda and customer engagements tactics to build an effective and outstanding Customer Journey and to ensure all sales teams are effective
• Contribute and Own specific Marketing projects to support growth of the Europe and LATAM Marketing and Comms team
• Manage the annual budget to achieve maximum results
• Lead and enable a team of seasoned Marketing & Communications professionals

You will bring

• 10+ years’ experience in B2B Marketing or communications in a complex Global Technology Company
• Outstanding Relationship Building, Leadership Skills and previous Line Management experience
• Substantial experience in: Sales Enablement and Demand Generation, Account based Marketing, Global Marketing Campaigns, Digital Marketing, Internal and External Communications, Enterprise Marketing
• Strategic utilization of influencing and lobbying skills based on effective communication and active engagement
• Excellent oral and written Spanish and English communication skills
