Our brand continues to grow at a rapid pace and we’re very excited to add to our Customer Service team. In this role you will support our customers and internal operations through a variety of processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing order flow from multiple sources such as phone, email, fax and electronic data interchange (EDI). You will support multiple retailers and work closely with other company departments including sales, marketing, finance, quality and operations.

Key Activities and Accountabilities

• Manage assigned customer purchase order activity, including acceptance, verification, release and invoicing
• Maintain an in-depth working knowledge of company systems and processes
• Work cooperatively and collaboratively with teammates
• Answer incoming customer service communications and provide resolution

Your Experience and Skills

• At least one year of relevant experience fulfilling a large order queue with many and varied retailer expectations and delivery requirements
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly in-depth fluency with Excel
• Strong clear communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and organize a demanding and varied workload; eager to work in a rapidly growing/evolving corporate environment
• Ability to gather and consolidate information from multiple sources to make informative decisions
• Follow and use documented procedures, processes and checklists but also recognize opportunities to build efficiencies
• Strong attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 – $24.00 per hour
