Job Description:
In this position you will: -Perform system training, process analysis, and support the development and implementation of training programs. – Responsibilities include but are not limited to: performing duties relating to adult training programs; training on assigned systems; responsible for training preparation by arranging schedules and documenting attendance; support of system practice management changes; developing understanding of the associated processes that are attached to identified systems; documentation of identified process updates and writing revenue services newsletters. -Prioritizing educational needs across the revenue cycle and has a strong understanding of operational policies and procedures. -Schedules and documents attendance; support of system practice management changes; developing understanding of the associated processes that are attached to identified systems; documentation of identified process updates and writing revenue services newsletters. -Prioritizing educational needs across the revenue cycle and has a strong understanding of operational policies and procedures. Work Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience including demonstrated experience in the development and presentation of training. Experience in revenue services preferred.

Education Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in healthcare or business related field.
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator’s license as verified through appropriate licensing agency.
