Essex Meadows Hiring for Weekend Receptionist at Essex, CT Full Time

Become part of a great team! Essex Meadows, a life care retirement community, is seeking a part time weekend Health Center Receptionist.

The Receptionist is responsible for answering and transferring all calls in a courteous and professional manner, giving information, direction, and other appropriate assistance to residents, staff, guests, and vendors, and performing a variety of clerical duties.

All staff are required to be fully Covid-19 vaccinated, including booster shot.

We offer Daily Pay.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

· Answers and directs incoming calls to proper parties in an efficient and courteous manner (screening calls when necessary).

· Receives all visitors in a courteous manner; informing, guiding, directing, or otherwise assisting residents, visitors, staff, or vendors tactfully and congenially.

·· Uses in-house radio to notify Security, Maintenance, Environmental Services, or Resident Health Services when situation warrants.

· Responds to residents & Security when resident emergency pull cords are activated.

· Posts open shifts on On-shift scheduling system for call outs.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
