Your Role:
As an ERP AVP, you will bring your energy and enthusiasm for positioning dynamic HCM cloud solutions to the marketplace.
You will engage and connect with key stakeholders both internally and externally to navigate sales cycles and key reporting.

Own and access your team; prioritize how to spend your time.

Nurture client relationships by building trust, partnership and an emotional connection to the Oracle brand and team.
Create and execute key sales and business development initiatives to improve awareness of Oracle HCM and increase sales pipeline.

About your background and qualifications:
You demonstrate sound independent judgment, initiative, collaboration and leadership
You exhibit exceptional written, verbal, presentation and negotiation skills
Your management experience has a proven record of accomplishment of selling to large, complex accounts, working with C-level executives, qualifying prospects, solving problems and generating positive customer outcomes.

Responsibilities
Manages and develops a team of sales representatives including recruiting, hiring, and training new reps on the Oracle sales process. May manage a Regional Manager or Branch Manager. Sells and promotes the sales of Oracle products to customers including negotiating price, other concessions and terms and conditions of the sale. Participates in strategic and tactical planning for the division. Builds working relationships with license, consulting and education field managers in the respective territory to develop joint account plans. Develops and execute a territory plan to maximize revenue. Generates and achieves monthly territory forecasts, and accurately predicts revenue on a monthly basis. Manages escalation. Conducts weekly progress meetings with sales team.

New York City Pay Range: from $159,000 to $291,400 per annum; eligible for commission, equity, and may be eligible for compensation deferral.
Colorado Pay Range: from $161,800 to $291,400 per annum; eligible for commission, equity, and may be eligible for compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
