Are you a dynamic clinical specialist ready to take your skills to the next level? We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our hospital sales team as an Account Manager based in Newmarket. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in building and nurturing relationships within hospitals, driving sales growth, and making a tangible impact on healthcare.

Responsibilities:

As an Account Manager, you will bridge the gap between clinical expertise and sales, contributing to the success of our hospital sales team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with hospital staff, physicians, and key decision-makers.
• Collaborating with the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
• Managing forward planning for calls, documenting visits, maintaining sales opportunities, and keeping customer information up to date using Essity’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Continuously building market knowledge and providing information on relevant customer feedback, market dynamics, and competitor activity to appropriate contacts within Essity.
• Delivering education and supporting products at a technical level.

About You:

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

• Clinical or medical sales background.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Motivation to transition into a sales-focused role and a desire to make a difference.
• Ability to travel for on-site visits and industry events.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
• IT Proficiency: intermediate Microsoft Office skills and demonstrated effectiveness using and optimizing a CRM system.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally across the entire business.
• Ability to manage customer and industry events and/or conferences.
