Principal, Finance Transformational Programs
Provide centralized governance and oversight for ongoing and potential future *** integration and divestiture initiatives. Drive separation projects by providing vision, management, and problem mitigation across the transaction portfolio, taking ***’s ongoing business priorities into account. The Principal, Finance Transformational Programs will ensure overall separation planning and implementation to move divested company data and processes off ***’s SAP and corporate system while maintaining adherence to established Transition Service Agreements (TSAs). Manage the transition and separation lifecycle for approximately two years after close of each divestiture transaction. Following the conclusion of separation activities, the Integration and Separation Manager will play a lead role in driving the execution of future Finance and ERP transformational programs. This position will report to the Director Financial Strategic Transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Separation Responsibilities

• Execution and management of pre-close activities for divestitures, including Transition Service Agreements (TSAs), business owned applications (Client), transition operating models, change management/training, testing, and other duties conducive to a successful close per the Purchase Agreements.
• Act as key contact for managing communications between the *** Accounting organization and the buying company stakeholders/peers.
• Establish and manage post-close governance for monitoring the scope and performance against the terms of the TSAs.
• Manage Finance data separation and security during the TSA period including the design, implementation, and testing of any process and technology changes including:

o Invoice to cash (subset of order to cash)
o Procure to Pay
o Record to Report

• Adhere to ***’s Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology for any IT development.
• Coordination of third parties contracted to review and/or Audit *** processes, data and controls.

Finance systems and integration

• Participate in the identification, evaluation, definition, and implementation of new ERP and Finance system solutions.
• Partner with Stakeholders to define and document program success criteria and project/program requirements
• Manage large scale Finance, ERP and ERP-related programs
• Provide input into creating Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and participate proposal evaluations
• Manage 3rd party design and implementation contractors
• Maintain ownership and accountability to drive the successful complete of projects and programs
• Monitor and mitigate risks
• Provide executive-level program and project summaries.

What we look for in a candidate
The Integration and Separation Manager will manage in a highly matrixed environment with dotted line direct reports as required to drive implementation (no direct reports). This role requires an ability to lead through influence and communication. Leadership of large, complex business transformation and system implementation programs. Strong analytic, problem solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal, and relationship skills with ability to build effective relations with leaders and stakeholders at all levels. Business operations experience including accounting, procurement, supply chain, and business analytics. Functional experience with SAP ERP and system integration.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or other relevant fields.
• MBA or related degree a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of experience related to leading large/complex IT, ERP, and Finance programs

o Experience with S/4HANA and ERP implementations a strong plus

• Experience working with enterprise financial systems/processes

o Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report

• Experience working in an Agile environment

o Experience or certification with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) a strong plus

• Experience working in the telecom and/or technology industry preferred.
• Working kntowledge of JIRA & Confluence a plus
• Must be able to succeed in a challenging, fast-paced environment that requires collaboration across multiple functions.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal) and organizational skills are required.
