Full-time, remote position

Salary: $45,000 plus full-time benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, 401k, PTO and sick time)

The Report Editor Manager is responsible for reviewing the report editors reports and to ensure the report reflects accuracy within the Case Management System and meets the criteria specified by the client and responsible for coordinating billing and assignment of workload for all editors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reviews reports submitted by report editors to ensure that they are free of errors and professionally written
• Ensures that any inconsistencies in the report are addressed
• Contacts report editors as needed for clarification of facts presented in reports
• Reviews the special instructions to ensure that file was handled within the parameters the client dictates.
• Sends appropriate feedback as needed to report editors to help them improve their report writing
• Assign all workload of reports to editors for completion
• Oversee all billing operations and maintain KPI’s
• Coordinate all team members requested time off while maintaining operational efficiency
• Assists with special projects as needed. These may include contributing to newsletters and various marketing materials and/or projects for other departments

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree preferably in English, Journalism, or Communications or equivocal experience

SKILLS:

• Ability to work on strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Highly self-motivated with an eye for detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) to interact with management and with other team members
• Proficient using MicroSoft Office Word
