Department Staffing, Development and mentorship

• Demonstrates and promotes the company vision
• Regular attendance and punctuality
• Provide immediate feedback to direct reports on strengths and opportunities based on observation of performance in all domains
• Ensure fair and consistent treatment among all team members.
• Set clear expectations of associates and document success and shortcomings in meeting those expectations. If shortcomings, set a clear timeline on when those shortcomings will be resolved.

Continuous Improvement of Quality, Efficiency and Effectiveness

• Maintain an open communication path with associates to gather feedback about current procedures and situations
• Identify systematic issues and use necessary resources (technology, training, and other departments) to solve.
• Coordinate and collaborate with Department Manger to continually improve processes and document those changes.

Test Day Management

• Ensure connection with host at least 1 hour prior to the test start time.
• Ensure reports reflect the proper needs of the test if filling is needed
• Make recommendations that you see that are trouble spots on test day, and problem solve with the SOAR managers.

Continue Lead Duties During Lead Shifts

• Daily QC and Test QC
• Assignment updates when needed and next day assignments
• Assign proper database work when tests are not in need of work
• Ensuing that database work is available by pulling data from proper places.
• Ensure we are meeting billability.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Information

Position is Part-Time, Friday 10:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sundays based on company needs (approx. 24-29 hours per week) . Candidates currently living in a commutable distance to Plymouth, MN are encouraged to apply.
