Evergreen Sheet Metal (2018) has been operating in the BC Lower Mainland HVAC and Sheet Metal Industry for over 15 years, and we are currently looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic team players to join our team as Sheet Metal Apprentices.

ESM offers a Sheet Metal training and education apprenticeship program unique to our industry; it is company-paid!
We sign you up for school, track your hours with the ITA and give you the on-the-job experience that you need to advance towards your Red Seal.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Red Seals and Journeymen on all tasks related to the trade
• Keep their working area clean and tidy

• Clean the job site as necessary
• Organize tools and materials as needed
• Perform other duties as required
• Listen and follow instructions

Education and Experience

• Completion of High School
• Minimum 1-year sheet metal experience (is an asset)

Compensation: $21.79 – $37.04 + 5% RRSP + Full benefits (company paid).

Work Conditions

• ESM employees work a standard 40-hour workweek, but work hours, including overtime, may vary based on business requirements from time to time
