What You’ll Be Doing:
The Director or Senor Director, Performance Excellence is a key member of the Performance Excellence team, which leads high-profile, time-sensitive projects to advance NCH’s operational and efficiency goals (e.g., developing new capabilities, diagnosing and improving performance on core operational metrics). Performance Excellence regularly engages with NCH’s Executive Leadership Team and works closely with other departments (e.g., Product, Growth, Finance) to achieve these goals.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Executes high-profile, time-sensitive projects that support company operational and efficiency goals; takes accountability for all deliverables and results
Manages assigned junior staff; provides feedback on job performance and coaches on career development
Leverages critical thinking and data analysis skills to create structured presentations for executives with minimal oversight
Analyzes data to diagnose problems and develop recommendations about the best course of action
Interfaces with subject matter experts to create project deliverables and glean insights for further operational improvements
Anticipates risks or issues, assesses impact if not resolved, and escalates as-needed
The Experience You’ll Need (Required):
Bachelor’s degree
7-10+ years of healthcare management and/or healthcare consulting experience
History of exceptional performance across educational and professional settings
Experience effectively engaging with and influencing leaders’ decision-making
Experience managing individuals and teams
Strong project management skills: history of taking initiative and effectively managing projects and processes
Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills
The Experience We Prefer:
Experience within a top tier consulting firm working with healthcare clients
Knowledge of health plan / managed care operations
Technical Requirements:
Currently, Evolent employees work remotely temporarily due to COVID-19. As such, we require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.

Compensation Range: The minimum salary for this position is $130,000, plus benefits. Salaries are determined by the skill set required for the position and commensurate with experience and may vary above and below the stated amounts.
