If you are a passionate Store Manager who is motivated to maintain these high standards, this is the job for you.
As Supermarket Store Manager, you will drive profits and sales across all departments, as well as managing and motivating a large team of staff and managers. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced and dedicated retailer to excel in a role with endless career progression opportunities.
Salary package: €60k – €70k DOE

- You are driven to increase sales and profit, with a track record of exceeding targets
- A passionate individual with strong grocery retail management experience
- Capable of training, developing and motivating colleagues

- Surpassing KPIs and targets set by head office
- Setting exceptional customer service standards for all staff
- Overseeing the overall daily management of the store
- Maximising store profit while controlling costs
- Managing cash at checkouts and in the back office
- Innovating and implementing new ideas to improve the running of the store
- Continuously maintaining excellent store standards
