Excel Test Hiring for Front Desk Receptionist Job at Fremont, CA Full Time

As one of the most rapidly growing educational companies in California, we are seeking a new Front Desk Receptionist to play an integral role in the development and growth of the program based on the company’s objectives along with providing customer service efforts.

Primary Duties

· Champion the company brand and mission, contributing positively to the company’s reputation and impact.

· Providing customer service particularly over the phone and by email.

– Assist in translating the company’s strategic plans into defined operational plans

· Inputting data into a company contact management and scheduling system.

· Preparing spreadsheets, emailing professionals, and managing schedules.

Requirements

· Associate (2-year) degree required; 4-year degree preferred.

· Preference will be given to those who have 3 years or more experience in an office environment.

· Strong oral and written communication skills required.

· High proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

· Experience dealing with ambiguities and operating in a fast-paced environment requiring minimal supervision

· Strong customer and client facing skills
