The job:

We are looking for a Guest Experience Manager / Property Manager to join our Management Team.

If you love creating memorable experiences for guests and are an expert at problem resolution, this job is for you.

Here is what your job is all about:

• Create memorable experiences for guests
• Ensure rental units are prepared for the arrival of guests
• Manage guest communication & inquiries
• Handle guest complaints & problem resolution
• Coordinate cleaning, repairs and preventive maintenance of rental units
• Manage short term lease agreements for offline bookings
• Manage relationship with 3rd party booking sites (AirBnB, Booking.com, Vrbo, etc.)
• Ensure adequate usage of property management systems
• Supervise fire, life and safety matters
• Manage contractors
• Coordinate tasks like pest control, garbage pick-up and snow removal

Here’s what we require of you:

• Fluent in English
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and writing)
• Driver’s license
• Car (considered an asset)
• Dependable and efficient
• Solid work ethic
• Maintain a high standards for products and services
• Fantastic attitude and get along well with others

Education & experience:

• College Degree in Hospitality & Tourism (considered an asset)
• 3-5 years of experience in a related functional role
• 3-5 years of experience managing teams of 5 to 10 people
