Express Employment Professionals Hiring for Data Entry Clerk at Harlingen, TX Full Time

We are hiring an Account Receivable Clerk in the area of Harlingen. Must have previous experience.

Requirements:

  • Must be bilingual
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc),
  • Demonstrates excellent attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Invoicing
  • Account Receivable
  • Processing and monitoring incoming payments
  • Verifying and posting receipts

Duties include

  • Assists in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports as needed
  • Data Entry
  • Answering phones (when needed)
  • Filing
  • Posting Payments
