Representatives must use quality customer service techniques to ensure patient needs are met. Maintain professional interpersonal skills with patients, physicians and co-workers. Supports department operations as needed. Typing skills, 30 wpm. Excellent verbal/communication skills. Detail oriented. Basic computer knowledge.
