Exterior Construction Hiring for Office Assistant/Receptionist at Chino, CA Full Time
Your job responsibilities will be following:
- Help with the day to day operations in the office
- Answer phone calls
- Get quotes from suppliers
- Analyze quotes from suppliers
- Locate materials for projects
- Order rental equipment for projects
- Call off rental equipment for projects
- Schedule delivery of equipment and materials on projects
- Itemize expenses on projects
- Keep project lists up to date
- Keep equipment maintenance schedule up to date
- File receipts
- Keep employee equipment/safety gear stocked and available
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
