Our team works together to anticipate and predict potential threats to our platform, design and build tools to protect against these threats, and then implement and enforce these systems at scale. We also build and support all experiences originating from these integrity actions. We leverage data analysis, machine learning and a robust infrastructure to review, inform and uphold the quality of promoted content on our platform. We partner closely with several cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and data science, to ensure high quality and safe experiences for both people and businesses across the Meta family of apps. About the role:
We are looking for a Systems Program Manager to join the Strategic Process & Programs Team, to create a tooling ecosystem that enables safe and trusted connections on Meta platforms.
Within the Business Integrity organization, the Systems Program Manager is responsible for managing the development and implementation of tools, processes and systems used by our organization to keep connections on our platforms safe and trusted. The Systems Program Manager will partner closely with cross-functional partners across Product, Engineering and Global Operations to identify, prioritize and roadmap new and improvement opportunities, manage its implementation and define governance standards to ensure they remain efficient and robust in minimizing harm.

Become a subject matter expert in core Business Integrity & Platform operations tools, processes and systems

Collaborate with cross-functional partners to lead large scale, complex strategic programs to scale and improve tooling and systems

Maintain trusted relationships with multiple stakeholders to keep a close pulse on improvement opportunities and operational problems

Influence Product and Engineering teams’ prioritization and roadmaps to support Operations’ needs and requirements and the review workforce voice

Define, implement and maintain robust processes and governance to ensure tooling and systems remain efficient and robust

5+ years leading large scale complex programs that involve multiple stakeholders, and managing multiple programs at the same time

5+ years of experience and proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams

Analytical thinking, problem solving, attention to detail

Experience with data analysis, SQL

Experience with software-oriented projects

Experience driving solutions for global operations teams

Experience working in a technology company, consulting firm or equivalent fast-paced environment
