As the primary contact, provides reception and navigation for visitors and handle the main public CSB phone for the central administrative office. Serves as liaison and conduit in responding to inquiries from the public, government officials, and other stakeholders, by connecting with appropriate programs and services in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner as well as using sound judgment and discretion. Disseminates agency-wide information and coordinates essential communication measures such as daily courier service, agency-wide and office distribution lists including electronic, and distribution of the mail. Throughout, protects individuals’ confidentiality using existing state, local, and federal policies and procedures. Opens and closes the office. Provides assistance to executive, senior level and other staff including the administrative support team to include creation and production of reports, briefings, charts, graphs and other documents. Develops and coordinates communications to both internal as well as external audiences. Manages data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data input/extraction. Schedules calendars as well as meeting rooms. Supports events to include planning and execution for internal and external audiences. And research. Updates and maintains databases using Microsoft office products as well as other software. Manages floor/site/building to include interface with facilities management, vendors, daily courier and mail deliveries. Manages oversight of office supplies including ordering, maintaining, distribution and ensuring appropriate costs. A primary point of contact in coordinating site emergency response/preparedness procedures for the office and serves as a designated essential emergency response staff within the office. Other duties assigned may include teleconferencing support, driving, deliveries, staff equipment/software coaching/training, and any other work duty to support individuals served and staff duties.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Any combination of education, experience, and training equivalent to the following:

NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
The appointee to this position will be required to complete a criminal background check, a Child Protective Services Registry check, and sanction screening to the satisfaction of the employer. A TB screening upon hire.
This position is emergency/essential services personnel. (Required to report for duty during inclement weather and/or other emergencies.)

Duties performed in general office environment. Ability to answer phones, use keyboard driven equipment, stand, walk, bend and stoop (for filing purposes), and lift up to approximately 20 LBS.
