What You’ve Done (or Are Ready to Do)
You’ve been in the trenches. 2+ years of experience in operations, customer success, account management, or a similar role—ideally in SaaS or tech. However, if you have the right skills, we’re open.
You get the world of live events. Whether it’s fairs, festivals, or large-scale events, you understand the chaos, the energy, and the need for seamless operations.
You’re not afraid of tech. You’ve worked with (or are eager to learn) no-code automation tools and know how to make systems work smarter, not harder.
You thrive in fast-paced environments. Startups, competitive industries, or high-growth companies—you’ve been there, and you love the challenge.
