What You’ll Be Doing

• Own your customer’s success. Their wins are your wins. You’ll do whatever it takes to help them grow—whether that’s dialing in their ticketing strategy, brainstorming new marketing ideas, or optimizing their operations.
• Roll up your sleeves and solve real problems. Fairs move fast, and no two are the same. You’ll work closely with customers to tackle challenges, identify opportunities, and ensure they get maximum value from our platform.
• Build real relationships. We don’t do surface-level. Our customers see us as partners, not just vendors. You’ll be their trusted go-to — someone who understands their business, struggles, and goals.
• Become the expert. You’ll know our platform inside and out, but more importantly, you’ll know what our customers actually need. Your insights will help shape how we build, improve, and innovate.
• Be the voice of our customers. You’ll work closely with our Product, Sales, and Leadership teams to ensure we’re always building the right things, solving the right problems, and staying ahead of the curve.
• Bottom line: Help fairs grow. Every decision you make and every action you take should come back to one thing— helping our customers succeed. If that doesn’t energize you, this probably isn’t the job for you.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• You bring the energy. Customers love talking to you because you genuinely care. You don’t just check boxes —you build relationships and make an impact.
• You communicate effectively. Whether talking to a fair manager, our product team, or leadership, you can explain things clearly, confidently, and persuasively.
• You can juggle multiple priorities. Managing clients, projects, and deadlines? No problem. You know how to prioritize and keep things moving without dropping the ball.
• You’re comfortable with tech. You don’t need to be a spreadsheet wizard, but you can navigate Excel, Google Suite, and project management tools with ease.
• Bonus points if you have fair industry experience. You understand the culture, the pace, and the unique challenges of running a fair. It’s not a requirement, but it definitely helps.

What You’ve Done (or Are Ready to Do)

You’ve been in the trenches. 2+ years of experience in operations, customer success, account management, or a similar role—ideally in SaaS or tech. However, if you have the right skills, we’re open.

You get the world of live events. Whether it’s fairs, festivals, or large-scale events, you understand the chaos, the energy, and the need for seamless operations.

You’re not afraid of tech. You’ve worked with (or are eager to learn) no-code automation tools and know how to make systems work smarter, not harder.

You thrive in fast-paced environments. Startups, competitive industries, or high-growth companies—you’ve been there, and you love the challenge.
