Fallon & Byrne have an exciting opportunities for Chefs of All Grades to join our busy Dining Room, Wine Cellar and production kitchens on Exchequer Street in Dublin city centre.

We are passionate about exceeding our guests’ expectations and the successful candidate will be focused on producing high quality dishes using the best ingredients and passionate about delivering a superior experience for our guests. Our chefs are front and centre in ensuring that we deliver for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the food preparation process.
• Cooking and preparing elements of high quality dishes.
• Assisting other chefs.
• Helping with deliveries and restocking.
• Assisting with stock rotation.
• Cleaning stations.
• Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.

The Person

• Previous kitchen experience and preferably a culinary degree.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, professional and approachable.
• A passion for food and excellent knowledge.
• Ability to communicate well with and work harmoniously with other staff and management team.
• Flexibility regarding working hours, particularly around weekends and stock delivery days.
