Faneuil is hiring Customer Service Representatives to train and work from home! Customer Service Representatives will handle inbound inquiries related to utility account questions, issues, billing and payments. You must have 1 year of customer service experience in a call center to qualify for this role.

Responsibilities:
This position is full-time (40 hours per week) + benefits such as health/vision/dental insurance, paid time off, and 401k.
Rate of pay: $13.50/hour + performance bonus
Schedule: 11:00am-8:00pm Eastern, Monday-Friday
Computer equipment: provided by Faneuil; agents must provide high speed internet and a mobile device (phone or tablet) for identity authentication when logging in daily
