Job Description

• Oversee financial accounting and financial reporting activites , tax , treasury, internal control and the review of bank reconciliations .
• Responsible for monthly financial closing processes.
• Mnanage full sets of Accounts and perform month-end account closing activities and ensure accurate reconciliation.
• Perform accounting analysis .
• Prepare tax agents for statutory reporting , compliance of tax filing and quarterly GST submisson .
• Monitors Accounts Receivables and Payables and reconciliation of payments and accruals.
• File income tax and GST Returns
• Issuance of invoices , monthly reconciliation of sub-ledger to general Ledger and preparationif intercompanies statement .
• Inventory monitoring and managment . including monthly stock take .
• Prepare monthly financial statement that include cash flow , profit and loss statement and balance sheets .
• Experience in doing inter companies transaction .
• Assist to resolve account payable and receivable issues or queries .

Job Requirement :

• Recongnised Diploma / Degree in Accountany or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years experience in Full set of accounting and financial reporting .
• Strong analytical , high initivative and ability to work indendently .
