We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team supporting four of our Executive Leaders. Reporting to our Chief Sales Officer, you’ll provide proactive and timely support, assist with general and specific support duties to the wider team. Your day to day involves (but isn’t limited to):
Farmlands is building a forward looking and agile business and your role will play a critical part in delivery of these goals by supporting half of our Executive Team.
Mōhou ake | About you
We’re looking for an Executive Assistant with significant experience supporting at Executive level. Efficient and proactive, you’ll be in your element organising, juggling and problem-solving to ensure your Exec Team are well-supported in their roles. With advanced computer literacy in Microsoft office especially Powerpoint, you’ll be adept using a wide range of software including Canva and project management tools. You’ll also have strong attention to detail and solid analytical skills.
It goes without saying that you’ll be adaptable, positive and flexible, and able to turn your hand to whatever is required and deliver consistently every time to provide the highest level of service.
Relationship management is a key component of this role, so excellent communication skills are a must as well as high levels of tact and confidentiality.
