Farmlands Looking for Retail Salesperson at Winton, Southland Full Time

We are currently seeking a motivated Retail Salesperson to join our highly motivated and successful retail team in Winton.

About the Role

We currently have a permanent full-time role available in the branch as follows:

• Full time Monday to Friday and rostered Saturdays as required.

In this role, you will be required to provide great service to shareholders in our retail store as well as:

• A full clean driver’s license with the ability to drive manual vehicles
• A customer focused attitude and sound customer service/retail experience
• Good agricultural and/or horticulture knowledge, knowledge of timber and posts would be advantageous
• Be physically fit as there will be lifting and manual handling tasks of up to 20kgs
• Sound computer skills

About You

You will have a sound background in the farming sector and a broad knowledge of products and services. A background in equine would be an advantage. You will also have:

• A full clean driver’s license
• A customer focused attitude and sound customer service/retail experience
• Good agricultural knowledge
• Be physically fit as there will be lifting and manual handling tasks
• Sound computer skills

Farmlands operates a Saturday roster system, so availability for this is also essential.
