Job Description:

We have an opening for a Receptionistto join our team.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greeting and interacting with visitors
• Answering phones and email correspondence
• Maintaining office supply inventory
• Filing, paperwork and general administrative duties
• Scanning documents
• Other projects and tasks as assigned by the Director of Finance & Administration and the Office Manager

Required Skills and Experience:

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Highschool diploma
• Basic Computer skills
