Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Propane Health & Safety Administrator on a temporary (up to 10 month) basis.

This position is a remote opportunity and can be based anywhere in Western Canada.

What you’ll do:

You will play a critical role in maintaining the Propane Safety Program to ensure accurate data management and compliance. This will include:

• Working in a variety of systems and software to enter, manage, and track corrective action submissions, training records, inspections, investigations, etc.
• Records and information management for Hiring Client verification services and compliance.
• Maintaining the electronic filing system for easy reference of licenses and registrations in effect.
• Managing safety data and statistics for generating reports for audit submissions.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Health & Safety Health, Safety and:

• You have a certificate or diploma in administration. A focus in OHS would be preferred.
• You have 3+ years of experience in administration and data management. Experience in a Health & Safety capacity would be strongly preferred. (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered)
• You have extensive knowledge in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
• You are a nimble learner capable of learning various systems and software and managing a high-volume workload.
