Marketing PMO, leads multi area virtual team projects
5-10 years of work experience in marketing or similar quantitative business analysis, or related fields. Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent in Business, Finance, Marketing, Mathematics, Computer Science, or comparable analytical discipline; Masters degree preferred. Analytical skills, judgement & decision making skills, leadership skills, presentation skills . International and/or air freight industry experience preferred. Knowledge of basic marketing functions. Good business judgement, decision making skills, good communication, analytical, and human relation skills. Fluent in English.
Analyzes data to help marketing manager develop strategies and leads their implementation. Creates project plans and manages stream leads in multi area projects. Helps organization decide on future business developments, tracks in the customer / segment lifecycle, revenue and volume behaviors. Benchmark with main competitors. Identifies market opportunities. Works with team members to put together decks and reviews proposals before going to Manager, MDs and Officers.
- Strategic: Leads RMC reviews, coordinates with Analysts on items that are escalated for reviews, manages priorities with Sales MD and VP
- GRI: Leads year round effort, manages Marketing Rate Scales, PPAWB, POS, process for new RS and rezoning, and transition into new Ambassador
- Projects: Coordinates with other areas and pricing teams, on coordinating efforts, system changes, report integration, budget responsibility, etc.
