Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for Customer Service. If you have a love of meeting people and providing great customer service coupled with an interest in contributing directly to the bottom line of a multi-billion-dollar organization, this is the position for you!
Shift will be between 8am-8pm EST Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
- One Touch Resolutions: Ensure all customers are assisted in the fewest number of interactions with the overall goal being one-touch.
- Answer inquiries from customers by researching, locating, and providing helpful information
- Keep customer database up to date by entering relevant information from calls and emails
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills in resolving customer complaints and questions.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude.
- Practice and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Open to working 40 hours per week
- Organized, detail-oriented and have excellent time-management skills
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable as this position often requires multi-tasking
- Display a level of integrity and professionalism
- Ability to learn quickly
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, especially Teams and Outlook
- General computer skills
