Ferla Technology Hiring for Personal Assistant to CEO Job at Remote Full Time

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to provide direct support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ferla Bikes. We are seeking a best-in-class, experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively provide high-level executive administrative support to the CEO

• Track tasks and projects to ensure appropriate prioritization with respect to deadlines and organizational changes

• Arrange and coordinate key meetings

• Help prepare agendas, presentations, and content for meetings

• Access, review, prioritize, triage and respond to inbound communications including email and voicemail requests

• Manage highly sensitive and confidential information

• Excellent ability to translate data into presentations or critique presentations when requested

• Serve as a brand ambassador and representative of the CEO in all communications with internal and external parties

• Help drive smooth and flawless execution of strategic initiatives involving outside partners and agencies

• Have a strong pulse and feedback loop on organizational needs

• Ability to effectively prioritize, coordinate, delegate and work under pressure Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a senior administrative support role

• Previous experience in Marketing is a Big Plus

• Exceptional email, written and oral communication skills

• Advanced skills with Google Suite, as well as Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Advanced skills with Trello and Monday.com or simillar

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Project Management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Marketing and Technology industry experience

• Knowledge of or interest in the Electric Bicycle space

• Knowledge of interest in B2B and B2C segments

• Knowledge of CRM system

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
