The Billing Specialist will be responsible for assisting and supporting our customer’s billing process. Responsible for auditing sales transaction data for completeness and accuracy as well as applying business rules to work performed. Candidate must perform quality work within deadlines. Interact professionally with customer contacts and other FHI associates and work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments. Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other associates on and off site.

Qualifications Required:

Minimum A.A.S in Accounting preferred. Must have experience with Accounts Receivable high-volume billing process and 2-5 years accounting experience required. Solid analytical skills and Excel spreadsheet development. Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills. Must have the ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly. Works well independently and within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour
