Responsibilities:
• Screen candidates for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge by reviewing resumes, facilitating phone and face-to-face interviews, and conducting reference checks in order to evaluate skill level in relation to position requirements.
• Attain recruiting KPIs
• Update the applicant tracking system by ensuring that information is consistently documented throughout the hiring process, including coding application status, thorough interview notes, and reasoning behind final decisions, among other things.
• Verify the Candidate’s employment details, review letters of recommendation, and contact the specified professional and/or personal contacts to do reference checks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, Coordinators, and Candidates throughout the recruiting life cycle by ensuring regular communication, providing progress updates, offering guidance, and answering questions in order to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood.
• In order to clear for employment, process new hires onboarding by confirming their form of identity, obtaining readable fingerprint impressions, entering information into the E-verification system, and providing a security badge.
• Process Applications for Work Passes
• Support internal Customers, Contractors, and/or Interns by determining long-term career aspirations, acting as an advocate for them, collecting program satisfaction data, and offering interviewing best practices, resume recommendations, and constructive comments.
Requirements:
• A minimum of a diploma or degree in Human Resource/Business Management or a related discipline field is required.
• Fresh graduates and no experience applicants are welcome
• 2-3 years of recruiting experience in a multinational corporation will be an advantage.
• Demonstrated excellence in organizational skill, time management and creativity, performed in dynamic work environments.
• Excellent verbal communicator with demonstrated great writing communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Microsoft Outlook and ExcelThe safety of our candidates and employees is our top priority.
