Fiorentini Family Dentistry Hiring for Dental Receptionist/Insurance Coordinator at Township of Monroe, NJ Full Time

We are an independent, non-corporate, family owned and operated practice that focuses on exceptional care for our patients and are looking for a passionate and motivated person to join our team.

We have state-of-the-art offices, located in Monroe Twp. and Highland Park, that provides comprehensive care through all disciplines in dentistry (implants, root canals, CEREC crowns, CBCT, Invisalign, periodontal care, dentures, etc.)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answering Telephones and responding to patient questions
• Scheduling/Confirming Appointments
• Maintaining Appointment Book
• Follow up on no shows/cancellation of appointments
• Post charges and payments to patient accounts
• Confirm patient’s insurance benefits
• Submit claims to proper insurance entities and follow up on any issues

Required Education/Experience:

• 1 year of experience working in a dental, medical, or other health-care office
• Knowledge of dental insurance plans
• Experience answering telephone
• Must have exceptional customer service skills
