Inside Sales Representative

We are a Personal Injury Law Firm based out of the Atlanta, GA area that is seeking an up and coming top level inside sales representative to become a part of our team! You will respond to inbound leads from potential clients looking for personal injury attorneys.

Compensation:

We will pay you a base salary (DOE, but we pay some of the highest wages in the industry) + commissions/bonuses + benefits.

This is 100% remote, work from home, W2. ANYWHERE in the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls from prospective clients
• Return calls and reach back out to the prospective clients
• Work them through the Client Intake (industry term for Inside Sales) process to bring them on board to the firm
• Follow up paperwork and customer service to insure a smooth transition to the legal team
• ZERO cold calling
• ZERO Prospecting

Qualifications:

• Job Stability! You need to have a continuous 3 year job stay *with the same company* to be considered
• Proven experience making outbound calls and achieving a sales quota
• An amazingly awesome/fun attitude. No one wants to talk to a boring person on the phone! : -)
