Job Summary

Helps oversee the day-to-day operations of a segment of the organization’s operations in non-manufacturing environments in compliance with established policies and procedures. Participates in developing, interpreting and implementing policies and procedures for the organization. Ensures employee conformance to established practices and proper training of staff. Prepares related reports and audits current procedures to monitor efficiency of operations. Instills the notion within all employees at all levels of the organization that the business unit’s primary goal is to provide the highest quality service possible to all our customers.

Essential Functions

• Monitor and oversight of daily balancing and reconciliation.
• Researching clearing account out of balance issues.
• Ensure data integrity of all clearing accounts, preform maintenance on templates as needed
• Exercises considerable judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
• Stand in as Department subject matter expert (SME)
• On a regular basis, initiates corrective action needed to resolve complex, critical issues
• Review month end reconciliation of all clearing accounts
• Other miscellaneous duties assigned by the Operations Manager.

• Tasks are generally more complex in nature and usually involves some evaluation, originality and judgment

Supervision Received or Extended

• Work under general direction applying well established techniques, procedures or specific standards. Work is reviewed for soundness of judgment and overall accuracy
• Requests or issue that are above scope of responsibility and approval limits are referred to Supervisor or Manager
• No responsibility for supervision of others

Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used

• Excellent verbal, listening and written communication
• Advanced MSP (BlackKnight Financial Services)
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-task, high-volume environment
• Self-motivated and results- oriented
• High degree of patience and problem management techniques to resolve problems
• Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize and follow up
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Pay Range: $22.10 – $30.30 hourly

This hiring range is a good faith and reasonable estimate of the salary range of possible compensation at the time of the posting, and is subject to change. The actual compensation offered will be determined by various factors, which may include a candidate’s education, training, experience, and geographic location.
