First Flight Veterinary Hospital is a full service Veterinary Hospital. Our goal is to provide the absolute best care to our patients. We work on not only dogs, cats, and horses, but also farm animals as well. We want our patients to all be treated like we treat our own pets.

We are rapidly growing and are looking for a new team member with veterinary receptionist experience. Responsibilities will include handling front desk duties, scheduling appointments, answering the phone and greeting clients and customers. We are looking for someone with outstanding customer service skills that love animals and their humans as much as we do. We are fast paced and the ideal candidate will be able to multi-task and communicate effectively and efficiently with team mates and veterinarians.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and greet clients professionally.
• Keeping the reception area and waiting room clean and organized.
• Scheduling appointments and checking patients in and out
• Greeting clients and patients
• Maintaining medical records.
• Multitasker
• Must be a team player

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
