- Must be an expert in Quickbooks online or at least have a thorough understanding of it. This worker will enter credit charges and credits.
- The majority of the AMEX costs are for travel and related expenses. There could be a few owner-related personal expenses.
- 28 employees still owe money on their credit cards.
- The CC charges date back over a year.
- Directly answers to the controller.
- We are in need of an independent worker.
- The employee must be independent and input the charges in accordance with the statements they will receive with the correct categories (There will be a cheetsheeet)
- Must understand basic accounting terminology (payee vs payer, credit v debits, etc)
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- QuickBooks: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: One location
