Lead a defined geography or special practice area of the consulting practice. Establish and maintain strong client relationships by consistently exceeding client expectations, leading high-profile engagements, demonstrating subject matter expertise and assigning and directing qualified staff.
What You Will Be Doing:
In this senior level role you will:
Lead high-profile engagements, assign tasks and holds people accountable
Gain trust and respect of each client by establishing and maintaining effective relationships.
Understand and anticipate changing client needs. Expands revenue from existing clients.
Develop new business opportunities by collaborating with sales resources, strategizing on “attack plans”, participating in prospect meetings and broader industry events, preparing proposals, contributing thought leadership and building references.
Establish, maintain and fully utilise a team of qualified professionals by recruiting ahead of needs, motivating staff to reach full potential and actively tracking staff utilization.
Contribute to divisional revenue, EBITDA and forecasting objectives.
Collaborate with other leaders throughout FIS
Build organizational structure to meet business goals and objectives
Manage staff utilisation, schedule and performance standards
Manage profitability and client satisfaction
What You Will Need:
A Tertiary qualfication in Business Administration, Law or similar
Leadership, management, organisational and team building skills
Analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to build relationships with C Level management, peers and others
Strong communication skills
Listening skills and ability to ensure open and candid two-way communication
Project Management, planning and workload management skills
Negotiation skills and ability to navigate complex issues
