Fives Lund is seeking an Operations Specialist (Shipping & Receiving) for our office located in Seattle, Washington to support the procurement, manufacturing and administrative teams.
Main Tasks/Responsibilities
- Performs regular data entry
- Signs for incoming deliveries
- Assesses items for damage
- Audits packing slip for accuracy and submits to accounting
- Enters item receipts into software system(s)
- Organizes items by project
- Check things in/out of inventory and assists with overall inventory management
- Assists engineers and shop technicians as needed
Education and Experiences
Our ideal candidate:
- HS Diploma/GED preferred
- Data entry experience preferred
- 2yrs logistics experience helpful
- Strong computer efficacy
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail

Compensation: The hourly rate for this position ranges from $19.53-$25.27 per hour, depending upon qualifications.
Due to the nature of our contracts, only U.S. persons are eligible for this position.
