Data Entry Clerk / Order Processor 8 am to 5 pm Monday – Friday 18.00 to 19.00-hour Contract To Hire
Evaluate all orders, ensure accuracy of all forms, inform management of all incomplete orders, and verify all client information to deliver all products. Determine all product requirements, prepare required paperwork, manage inventory, identify the correct product, and pack it for shipment. Prepare all manifests, apply an appropriate label to all boxes, and ensure efficient transfer of all completed orders. Evaluate all complete orders to maintain accuracy, prepare documents for all inventory levels, and place replenishment requests as required. Inspect all stock items, discard all defective products, report any damages to supervisors, and stock shelves for all products. Monitor and receive all stock, maintain a record of all inventory, and enter all client information appropriately in computers. Administer all correspondence with customers, check for all order processes, and keep track ofshipping supplies. Maintain warehouse and ensure the same cleanliness at all times, evaluate all orders to ensure error-free, and update data accordingly. Manage all communication with team members and ensure compliance with timeframe and quality. Greet all customers on the telephone, update knowledge on all orders, and ensure compliance with all operating procedures.

Pay: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour
