Flautt Construction LLC Hiring for Invoice Clerk at Nashville, TN Full Time

Flautt Construction has an immediate opening for a part-time invoice clerk to join our team. This position will be responsible for accurate and timely invoicing of all clients and delivery of invoices via email. This position will work directly with the company’s owner. This is a 20-25 hours a week position—pay based on experience. Must be local to Nashville, TN.

Responsibilities:

• Generate all accounts receivable invoicing
• Distribute invoices to clients

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of QuickBooks Online experience
• Ability to work independently, self-starter, energetic
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good typing/data entry skills
• Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Outlook

Requirements: 2+ years of QuickBooks experience required, Construction experience helpful, but not required

Skills: QuickBooks, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook, data entry, accounts receivable
