Flex-Pression Ltd. Is an expert in flexible piping systems since 1973 and custom manufacture.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the incumbent will provide administrative services to the company and provide support to the entire sales team:
- Order and data entry
- Track orders and quotations on a daily basis and ensure delivery dates are respected
- Prepare return authorizations
- Work closely with the Inside Sales Representatives as well as with the purchasing department regarding the different procedures to be followed
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Computer skills(Microsoft Office);
- Be professional and organized;
- Have a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines;
- Be independent and reliable.
