Job Description:

Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions

• Coordinate internal resources with service delivery partners to deliver technical solutions to clients

• Develop project plans within Smartsheet, to monitor and track progress

• Perform risk management to minimize project risks

• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

• Manage changes to the project s cope and schedule using appropriate verification techniques

• Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

• Enhance department and organization by accepting ownership for various internal projects

• Provide support as needed to project specialists

• Perform other duties as required and assigned

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years in order, project management, or equivalent technical experience

• Experienced User of MS Office toolset (Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint)

• Experienced in Smartsheet

• Basic understanding of colocation, and networking solutions

• Understanding of the product development lifecycle, including being able to identify opportunities to provide new solutions to customers

• Ability to strive above and beyond to maintain ownership and meet objectives throughout the implementation

• Highly motivated problem solver with ability to overcome obstacles

• Willingness to adapt and accept change on an ongoing basis, we are always improving

• Strong customer facing etiquette and communication

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong attention to detail, and capacity to follow procedures

• Self-motivator, confident, inquisitive, own the outcome mentality

• Some minimal travel may be required

• Other training and experience may be substituted for the job requirements at the discretion of the manager

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Familiar with ServiceNow
