Whether you are selling to a small business or a large enterprise, you will apply your extensive knowledge of our solutions, and leverage our strategic partnerships to help our customers grow their top and bottom line.This position As the Account Executive (AE), you are a highly motivated self-starter who is responsible for developing and closing new business or expanding our footprint in current customers in an assigned geographic territory. You are eager to learn, determined to adapt quickly, and comfortable with some ambiguity. You are focused on selling additional use cases, products and services into existing accounts. You are accountable for exceeding monthly and quarterly quotas, proactive deal management, forecast accuracy, and driving adoption and usage with customers and prospects in collaboration with internal teams and the broader DocuSign partner ecosystem.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Regional Vice President, Sales and is designated Flex.ResponsibilitiesDrive success of the company’s goals and objectives through achieving individual sales quotasBuild and manage a sales pipeline through prospecting efforts into a geographic territory or within the core verticalsDevelop and deliver customized sales presentations and products demonstrations, by phone and via online demoDevelop and negotiate enterprise level proposals and contractsForecast sales activity and revenue achievements accurately through proper use of sales toolsCollaborate effectively and engage various pre/post sales resources including Sales Development Representatives, Market Development Representatives, Solutions Engineers, Account Managers, Partner Account Managers, as well as Legal, Security, Professional Services and Customer SupportBasic qualificationsBS/BA degree or equivalent experiencePreferred qualifications1+ years of experience in an AE role or equivalent quota-carrying role2+ years SaaS sales experienceExperience selling web-based products/servicesExperience managing and closing complex sales cyclesDemonstrated ability to over-achieve quotas (top 10-20% of company) in past positionsComputer application skills, including Salesforce.com, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and ExcelFamiliar with Google suiteVaccination requirementDocuSign may require all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and provide proof of vacci
