Patient Care Coordinator for Naturopathic Family Practice

We are looking for a reliable Patient Care Coordinator for a busy Naturopathic Family Practice in Mill Creek.

This position is the initial point of contact with new patients entering the practice. Duties include managing phone calls, scheduling visits, gathering demographic information and insurance information, greeting patients at the front desk and assisting with check in, portal registration, collecting payments, answering insurance questions and assisting with billing issues along with other reception duties.

Candidate must be friendly, adaptable, efficient, will have excellent professional customer service skills, self-direction and communication skills, computer proficiency and at least 1 year of recent experience as a medical receptionist, medical assistant or other similar medical office position.

Our practice is a Family Medicine practice where we have 6 naturopathic physicians and a registered dietician.
