Duties and Responsibilities: The Validator is responsible for verifying that each TSR pledge is an actual pledge, verifying that all contact information is accurate and complete. Attempt to up-sell all non-credit card pledges to a credit card, rejects or re-sells soft pledges, and documents reasons for rejected pledges. The Validator will confirm the following information on each pledge:

• Confirm the amount of the pledge.
• Confirm that the Pledge can return the gift in 5-7 days from receipt of pledge letter.
• Confirm the credit card data or attempt to resell the credit card fulfillment option.
• Confirm the Pledges name and address.
• Confirms email address or attempts to obtain an email address.
• Re-sell soft pledges and document reasons for rejected pledges.

• Validator goals are:
• 100% accuracy in data collection and verification.
• Collect email addresses of 30% of pledges.
• Convert 10% of pledges not committing to credit cards to credit cards.
• Maintain a minimum quality score of 4.0.

• Strong oral and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to resell a soft pledge, into a committed pledge.
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Team player, pro-active, positive attitude always.
• Ability to take direction, follow through and multitask; ability to work under pressure and meet changing requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills
• Documenting, reporting, and tracking skills.
• Flexible work schedule includes Nights and Weekends.
• Type 25-30 words per minute.
• Other duties as assigned.

Call Monitoring and Recording

• This position’s calls will be monitored and recorded for quality and training purposes. By signing this job description, you are acknowledging FLSs call monitoring and recording policy and giving your consent to have your call monitored and taped during your employment as a Validator and or TSR.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• This position has no direct reports.

Non-Essential Functions:

• Position from time to time requires the incumbent to perform additional duties as required which include working Nights and Weekends and working as a TSR.

Education:

• High School diploma, some college preferred.

Experience:

• Must have worked as a TSR and on average met or exceeded TSR fundraising goals (front and backend numbers).

Monthly Goals:

• 100% accuracy in data collection and verification.
• Collect email addresses of 30% of pledges.
• Convert 10% of pledges not committing to credit cards to credit cards.

• Note: Goals are subject to change based on business conditions.
