Focused Psychiatric Services Hiring for Receptionist/Administrative Assistant at Smithfield, VA Full Time
About us:
Focused Psychiatric Services (FPS) is located in Smithfield, VA. FPS provides psychiatric medication management services to clients 16 years and older. We service Smithfield, VA, and surrounding communities. Experience working in a mental health setting is a plus!
While this is a remote position, only candidates residing in the Hampton Roads, VA area will be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Screen clients for services
- Onboard new clients – register new clients in EHR system; electronically send new client paperwork
- Verify insurance benefits
- Communicate with team members via phone and EHR system message
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 – $14.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- No weekends
Experience:
- Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
Work Location: Remote
