Purpose of the Position
The Position plays a core role in successfully exceeding the requirements of our government contracts, including the following Youth-Guarantee (YG) programmes:
- NZ Certificate in Hospitality Level 2
- NZ Certificate in Retail Level 2
- NZ Certificate in Sales Level 3
- NZ Certificate in Retail Level 4
Main accountabilities include:
· Part I: Teaching Quality and Learner Engagement
o high-quality education and a rewarding experience for every learner enrolled
o high value for taxpayers’ money and government investment
· Part II: Learner recruitment
o word-of-mouth
o stakeholder relationships
· Part III: Programme Coordination
o Staff resources allocation and ongoing support
o Contract requirements
o Compliance requirement
o Stakeholder satisfaction
· Part IV: FocusFutures People
o Take initiative for ongoing career development at FocusFutures.
Job Type: Full-time
